Governance Reviewer
A DAO proposal flow with a Theseus agent posting an advisory verdict before each vote opens. The agent reads the proposal, the calldata summary, and the treasury and voting context; it returns APPROVE, CAUTION, or REJECT with reasoning. Catches governance-shaped exploits a contract has no way to reason about, like the Beanstalk attack.
Extend the existing grants program by allocating $250,000 from the treasury to fund Q3 community contributor grants.
Treasury.transfer(grantsMultisig, 250000 USDC). No admin function calls. Single recipient is the grants-program multisig used for the last six quarters.
The reviewer reads the proposal, the calldata summary, and the treasury and voting context, and posts an APPROVE, CAUTION, or REJECT verdict before the vote opens. The verdict is advisory; the DAO can still vote however it wants.
